Account Terms

When you create a FetchUp account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information — especially your email, which we use to authenticate your account and send important notices.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others.
• Be responsible for everything that happens under your account, even if someone else accessed it without your permission.

If we believe your account is being used fraudulently or in violation of these terms, we may suspend or terminate it without notice.

Subscriptions & Payments

Free Plan

The free tier is free. No credit card required. You get limited access to FetchUp's features as described on the pricing page. We may change what the free tier includes from time to time — we'll give reasonable notice if we remove features you've been using.

Pro Monthly — $9.99/month

Billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing month. We don't prorate refunds for partial months.

Annual — $79.99/year

Billed annually. Same cancellation policy — when you cancel, access continues until the end of the current annual period, then ends. No refunds for the remaining time, but you keep access through the end of your term.

Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. FetchUp never stores your credit card details. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to change pricing, but will give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

Cancellation

Cancel from your account settings at any time. No phone calls, no hoops. After cancellation, your account remains accessible (read-only) until your billing period ends.

Your Responsibilities

You agree not to use FetchUp to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe on anyone else's rights — including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
• Upload content that is harmful, hateful, or misleading.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary content.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our service without permission.

FetchUp is for lawful, personal, non-commercial use only unless you have a written agreement with us saying otherwise.

Intellectual Property

FetchUp and its content — including the AI-generated training plans, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by FetchUp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your dog data and anything you upload remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use it to run the service (generate your plan, save your chat history, etc.). You represent that everything you upload is either yours or you have the right to share it.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell FetchUp's content or AI-generated outputs as your own.

Limitation of Liability

FetchUp is a training aid — it is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice or in-person behavioral consultation. Your dog's health and behavior are your responsibility. If your dog has a medical issue or serious behavioral concern, consult a veterinarian or certified animal behaviorist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to FetchUp is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally will be handled in the courts of Delaware.
