Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no credit card required. You can use it for as long as you want with 1 dog profile, 1 training plan, and 5 AI chat messages per month.
Your trial automatically converts to a paid Pro subscription ($9.99/month) at the end of 7 days. You'll be charged via Stripe — no surprise bills. We send a reminder email 48 hours before conversion.
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time. If you cancel a monthly plan, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
Annual is $79.99 billed once per year — that's $6.67/month, which is 33% less than the monthly plan. You get the same Pro features, just at a much better rate if you plan to use FetchUp for a year or more.
Not for the Free plan. For Pro, you start with a 7-day free trial — no card needed upfront. We only charge your payment method when the trial ends, and only if you don't cancel.
You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time, or switch from monthly to annual billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
